The DailyFX News Notifier indicator is the perfect companion for traders who do not want to be caught off guard by economic announcements. The announcements that are shown on the DailyFX Economic Calendar display on any chart where the indicator is added, helping you stay informed and make sound trading decisions.

inputs

The following inputs are available in the EA’s properties window and can be defined by the app user:

• Filter_desc: describes the options available for the ‘Filter’ input
• Filter: specifies the announcements, which are sorted by impact, to display (i.e. low, medium, high, all)
• FONT_SIZE: specifies the font size
• FONT_COLOR: specifies the font color
• low_priorityline_Color: specifies the color of the line associated with announcements of low impact
• medium_priorityline_Color: specifies the color of the line associated with announcements of medium impact
• high_priorityline_Color: specifies the color of the line associated with announcements of high impact
• ShortNames: specifies whether announcement names should be shortened or not
